Our factory is equipped with complete precision machining equipment, including high-speed CNC (32000r/min), precision electric discharge machines, precision wire cutting machines, etc. We can control the tolerance of the embedded steel material within the range of+0.005mm~0.01mm. The diligent staff and production management system will ensure that every mold component can be traced back to the relevant technical personnel and machines from design to molding. In order to meet the customer's requirements, we will organize and provide detailed documents to control quality. Please refer to the attached list of main equipment, all of our machines are new.

Our team has rich work experience and is able to master high-precision technology and processes. After each processing, we need to perform precision measurements and check the shape features to ensure that the mold parts are 100% qualified for the next process.
